This Agreement is a contract between the user (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”) and us regarding the use of services we provide. Please read this Agreement carefully. By clicking the “Agree” button or continuing to use our services, you are deemed to have fully understood and completely accepted all terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Content
1.1 The service content we provide to you shall be subject to the services you actually use.

3.1 Users undertake to use our services lawfully and shall not use our services to engage in illegal or improper conduct, including but not limited to:
a) Acts violating national laws and regulations;
b) Acts infringing upon others’ intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights and interests;
c) Publishing or disseminating content containing computer viruses or content that may endanger computer network security;
d) Other conduct we deem inappropriate.
3.2 If you violate the above provisions, we reserve the right to take measures such as warnings, restrictions, or termination of services as appropriate, without assuming any liability to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, and code, belongs to us or the relevant rights holders. Without permission from us or the relevant rights holders, you may not copy, modify, compile, upload, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell such content.
5.2 You warrant that you have legitimate rights to content you publish on our platform. You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content.
6. Service Modification, Interruption, or Termination

6.2 You understand and agree that we need to perform regular or irregular platform maintenance. We shall not be liable for service interruptions within a reasonable time due to such circumstances.
6.3 We reserve the right to immediately terminate services to you under any of the following circumstances:
a) You violate this Agreement or other platform rules;
b) Your conduct may cause damage to us or third parties;
c) You engage in illegal or improper conduct;
d) As required by laws and regulations, regulatory authorities, or court judgments or rulings;
e) Other circumstances where we deem it necessary to terminate services.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 You understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for the following:
a) Service interruptions, data loss, or other losses caused by force majeure;
b) Service interruptions or other issues caused by network service quality, system failures, viruses, hacker attacks, etc.;
c) Any losses caused by your own fault;
d) Any disputes arising from content you upload or publish while using our services;
e) Other losses not caused by our fault.
8. Agreement Modifications
8.1 We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published on the platform.
8.2 If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you should immediately stop using our services. If you continue to use the services, you are deemed to accept the modified Agreement.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
9.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to a people’s court with jurisdiction in our location for litigation.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
10.2 The invalidity of any provision in this Agreement shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
10.3 Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right.
10.4 This Agreement becomes effective when you successfully register or use our services and terminates when you cease using our services and cancel your account.
User Confirmation
I have carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement and voluntarily accept the constraints of this Agreement. I confirm that I have had sufficient opportunity to understand the content of this Agreement before clicking the “Agree” button or using the services, and that I have an accurate understanding of the meaning of the Agreement terms and their corresponding legal consequences.
